HI Guy's, do we have to scan all pages of passport for online application? will officer requests these later if we didnt?or anyone who got oath done without submitting scan pages of passport? thanks.

If there is a travel history in the last five years, chances are you have to submit your PP, just to check your traveling time and dates. If you have been asked to submit the scanned pages of your passport then you have to do so to complete the processing of your application or you would not receive the oath letter until you finish the given task. You will get 30 days from the requested date to send the copy.

hi, I have a qq, we are soon to apply with my husband but we don't have the same absence days, I can apply already and he has to wait one more month..... can we send the application separate? or should I wait for his timing?

If you want them to process your application at the same time then you have to apply as a family. But if it doesn't matter to you then you can apply now and he can apply later. 1 month is not gonna impact much.

Have you requested gcms notes? I had to do that to get mine moving and now it’s stalled!
I absolutely get how frustrating it is! At this stage there seems to not be any method to the madness!

Yes, I requested notes June 28, 2023 but have not heard anything back yet. They couldn't find my file at all.... up until today when I called and an agent did some digging for me. They gave me a temporary application number and said they could see me GCMS note request which sounds promising. Still no AOR though. Several agents have said to me that it is not normal to wait this long, but all we can do is wait.

It's unfortunate that you are going through this. I sent my application on April 4th received by them on April 11th. I waited on either the AOR or a returned package until June 20th when I applied for the gcms notes. On June 26th I got frustrated and applied online. On June 29th I received the gcms notes which showed they really started looking around that time. I received the AOR on July 7th. When next you call them, ask them if, in the absence of finding the application should you re-submit and which method would be faster factoring in that they may have misplaced your application. Online or paper?

Did you ask the reason for the transfer? What makes them transfer it to Sydney, rather than processing it in your nearest office?
