Just got updated On LPP Aug 2nd 2023 . While bag-round and Prohibition are still in progress. Requested urgent application process not sure what happening. Called IRCC they said wait for the next steps everything looks fine. Bag round in progress since March 2023. Any idea how LPP turn’s completed while bag round i. Progress

Isn’t that lovely to hear? Meanwhile people applying in April have their oaths already. IRCC are so amazing and consistent…..

Thank you. I just called them. My application is open and in progress. When they are ready they will let me know. Let me leave it till December 2023 then.

I can’t believe how easy it was to get through today. Biggest shock. I got the same answer as you about my file. But at least he made it seem like he took the time to look into it which I appreciated, usually they just tell me that they don’t have any information. He then came back that when they are ready to move forward with my application they will call or email me. Lol so in the end he didn’t really tell me anything but he actually looked into it and was really nice.

There really is no rhyme or reason why our applications are delayed then. I wrote my test from outside Canada. I seriously considered returning to Canada just to unblock the process, thinking mine has been stuck at test completion since early April. Now, I am not so sure. Scarborough office as well.

Hoping that GCMS notes will throw some light on the situation, although I am not holding my breath

Same, it pisses me off. Last week they told me that my file was sent to the oath scheduling team recently. I still dont have any updates.
