I would say yes, apply.
But you should look into why you have not received AOR - have you received any response or indication, correspondence?
There have been cases of files being returned and the applicant/sponsor or rep not noticing the email or not receiving the communication for whatever reason.
They just mail me that your file is updated . But haven’t send anything after that it’s been two months they send me this mail .
What was it updated from? Was some additional info provided? Have you not received medical or biometric request?
Again - really need to check what's going on. Best would be someone call IRCC and confirm that the applicaiton has been allocated a file number (and you a UCI#). If there is a file number, that is basically the same as AOR.
Yes exactly I provided some additional information and they mail us updated. But later no answer from them and October 20 doctors gave my wife delivery date and I am so worried what to do should I apply for trv without aor !! Really don’t know I got 2.5 months only
Did you provide additional information at their request or you just provided?
But I repeat: you need to have someone in Canada (eg spouse) call and check status of file. Something sounds not correct.
We provide additional information like more proof of relationship and our conversation to them so they just don’t point any mistake from us since they didn’t email us it’s been 5 months not a single response from them
Hello everyone I hope you guys are doing well. My name is hizran and my wife is Canadian citizen she sponsored me in January 2018 my case got rejected in 2021 than we re apply when my wife got pregnant in 2023 March . After 2.5 months I received an email from IRCC that my case is rejected due to incomplete documentation provided by my consultant he mis typed few things about their information. My information was correct but his information wasn't correct and doesn't match with my previous case which was rejected. June 16 we re-submit our case and make the documents complete and it's been 2 months I haven't received any response from IRCC because my case processing started again with new update we provided so previous wait didn't count . Now am in that situation that my wife is pregnant and she need me she live alone in Canada and doctor give us date of October 20 we got limited time and I have to be there in this big moment of our life but our application is still in first process SHOULD I APPLY FOR TV in this scenario because I haven't got Uci number of my file but I have my previous case Uci number and that's the same UCI number that IRCC send us in mail of rejection because of incomplete documents. Should I apply for trv in this situation without AOR or should I wait for AOR because I only got 3 months In delivery and it's the big purpose to show in my vist visa application.

Now it turns out that you left out all of this informaiton, and it's not been six months, but two months, since you had it sent back and had to re-submit.
You also seem to have consistent problems getting your own story right. It's not the consultant's fault - you signed it.

Given the previous rejection, I think it's unlikely you'll get the TRV approved.
But for the sake of your spouse, I hope it does. I don't see any harm in applying for the TRV, though - maybe your spouse will get lucky. Because to be blunt, your PR application is likely to take longer than most apps - because of the previous rejection.
