Because if someone submitted on 10th of May means that person is on the way to 100 days, which is the upper limit provided by the oinp for the processing time.

Submitted on 14th April... They are religiously following submission dates to give nominations.. Good thing is they have finally reached April 06th applications today... Hoping for nomination by the end of week...When did you submit?
