you cannot apply for can+ you may be eligible for can+ but it is also the officer's decision who decides if the application is processed as expedited or normal process, if can+ it should not take long

do you know what your supposed to upload in order to be eligible? for example I have uploaded my new study permit and the old one is under the same UCI which i did mention and write on the IMM5257.

Also in the tracker, it mentions my address a street in Montreal, which is where they sent me my study permit extension, would that mean they should and would know I'm a CAN+ applicant?

They all have access to your immigration details , previous visa details, refusals from USA and what not. They have access to five eye database sharing.
In any case they ask you to upload scanned copy of US visa on GCkey account or visa details on ircc portal.
Not just that but also for visas from other countries as well as any refusal stamps. Just create an account and follow the instructions

honestly, I'm asking, because I already applied about a week ago, and they asked me to upload my CAQ and study permit, as well as proof of enrolment for next semester as well as my university transcript which shows all my classes that i took for the last 4 semesters. I am hoping that is fine and enough as well as them having access to my previous applications and entries into Canada.

The only thing i regret not doing was including my expired TRV from my old passport, but I was worried it wouldn't make sense since the passport number is different on that one. Do you think IRCC would automatically know I've had an old visa and study permit by looking at my file.

Lastly, upon entry to Canada, it wasn't a computer log if I remember correctly, it was a stamp on my passport so I'm really praying they would process it fast and possibly put me on CAN+ processing.

if you had a visa for canada or US in the past 10 years then you are eligible for Can+ but it is up to the officer to decide whether to process it under can+ or normal .

okay, but do I need to upload that manually, or it shows on the system already? (my canada entry exit record)
