They say they do not need anything else as they have all documents and it is under process, and I should wait.
MP also does not do much since last summer. They are following up and just follow up each 3-4 months. It is really weird they do not schedule the test after 21 months. MP is kind of useless for my case, as they just return back to me the same thing IRCC tells me.
Test stuck is a very weird state. On top of it, it's already breached 19 months ETA. Mandamus is the only thing left for you. But I know the cost of it is very high.

Not a good idea. In person ceremony are few compared to virtual ones. There is a case on this forum who requested for an in-person one and its more than 2 months and still did not receive any in-person oath date. If you are lucky it could work too.
Hello. Is your information on few virtual in person ceremony specific to Scarborough or general? I read on some thread here that when you see LPP completed you send s webform to request for in person... Im hoping to do this as I prefer the live ceremony but not sure of the wait for a scheduling. I'm also thinking perhaps since I'd have requested it before I wad scheduled, it may not delay the process. What do you think?

General. You can go to the below link and see the number of in-person ceremonies scheduled. Vancouver generally have 1 a month. So if you from that location asking for in-person could be a long wait.

If you have good appetite to wait, you can give it a try. If things work seamlessly it may happen quickly too.

In ALL offices number of in-person oaths are much fewer than virtual oaths.

I have been asked to submit Rental agreement, leases or mortgage documents for the eligibility period.

What should I submit?

Explain your living arrangement to IRCC. Did you pay rent to your family friend? You could submit receipts/ etransfer records for that. You could also submit texts/ emails where the living arrangements were discussed. Also please submit phone bills, credit card bills, bank statements etc that were addressed to that location.

i had interview with the officer on 6 june 2023 and after he checked my documents and confirmed to me everything is ok he said that the first fingerprint is expired and he wanna send the concerned department email to send me the second request and based on the second one the result is ok he will invite me for the ceremony

but am still awaiting for the request any body have an idea how long does it take to receive the fingerprint request

A bit of an update from me. On July 22, got an update, saying that an interview was required. Sent them all the passport scans. Had the interview today. It lasted for less than 10 minutes, with the officer simply confirming the details that I had provided on the application. After the interview, she said she would need "a few weeks" to review the scans I had sent. After she is satisfied, it will take approximately 4 months (!!!) to schedule an oath ceremony.

The full immigration journey is in my signature.

2021 application and they still require 4 months to schedule oath. Weird. 2023 applicants completing whole process with less time than that.

Yeah, it is ridiculous. It is also ridiculous that they need 4 months just to schedule an oath ceremony. What a slow and inefficient system!
