My wife and a son visa refused with below statements ,
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by
paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/
section-179.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will
leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the
details you have provided in your application.

i have already visited Canada with friends a couple of months before.
i applied this time for my wife and 1 Son, we have very good travel history, visited Europe , United kingdom , United stated and many more countries.
i work in organization attached leave acceptance letters and assets along with sufficient Bank statements and assets.
my younger son is US citizen. All the documents were perfect along with the statement that we will come back we never overstayed anywhere in the work and have to come back because i have to join my Job in a Govt based bank. but still they think my and son will not leave Canada.
It was 3rd time they refused 2 times with me.
Please advise should i reapply the application. or any appeal system?

You mention your job but what are you wife and child’s reasons to return? They need to show their own ties. No documents are perfect. Your job is not relevant. Their ties are your spouse’s job, her property, her assets, her business, child’s school fees/registration etc. They don’t need to return based on your job. 3 refusals is a lot. Why do they want to visit Canada so desperately? How often have they applied & what were past reasons? How long was visit? Assume you have ordered GCMS notes for past refusals and will do so again.

Thanks for the response,
last refusals were in 2018, and refusal of finacials and will not leave canada. submitted less assets documents. we applied from United Kingdom, we were suppose to travel with our family lives in UK.
My wife is House wife not working, dependent. Here in Pakistan mostly women doesn't work and yes my son is student of O level and i attached his stock NOC of travel during summer Vacations.
we almost travel togther around the world. they were looking to see the niagrafalls and Vancouver. visit was for 12 days , half in toronto and half in Vancouver. and return flight was from vanouver

Applying from the UK and not Pakistan was a mistake. Your wife and son applied from a country where they are visitors (I assume) and not Pakistan. Your wife needs to show ties to return. Don’t know what stock NOC means but assume that is paid tuition and proof of return with school timetable.

Also who made the statement that you will not overstay? If you made the statement then that it not relevant. It has no weight. Given one child is US citizen may factor in too, as your one child doesn’t need visa to Canada. Do you have US visas?

I would recommend ordering your GCMS notes to see the details of the refusal. Your plans are a bit odd since you'll basically end up wasting two days of a 12 day trip on travel to Toronto and back.

We applied from UK in 2018 and this time from Pakistan.
what ties she should add , as her parents lives here and added her Family certificates and yes my son documents were related to school as paid fee and clearance certificate to travel during summer vacations.
My wife made the written statement that she come back.
Yes i Have valid USA Visa and Vaid Canada Visa
My wife and Son USA visa renewal appointment is due in end of Sept in US Consulate.
Should i applied my wife alone visa this time ?
but we are genuine traveler, no reason to stay in Canada. well settled in Pakistan and Good Job.

Order GCMS notes. Maybe wait for US visas to be approved and then reapply. They may be processed through CAN+. A written statement from your wife holds no legal weight. Family ties are spouse and children not her parents.

Why were you in Canada already this year, how long did you stay and where did you visit? It is fairly unusual to travel to Canada as tourist so close together especially if you don’t travel internationally very frequently. There may be concerns that you were looking to see whether you want to try to move to Canada. You should be aware that if you try and claim asylum returning to your home country will weaken your application significantly. If you are trying to secure a work permit in Canada it may take 6+ months if you have found an employer with a positive LMIA with no guarantee your WP would be approved. You mention your son was born in the US were you or your spouse working or studying in the US at that time? Was your other child born in Pakistan? Do you or your wife have family in Canada and what type of family? Do you have other family that live abroad especially you or your wife’s siblings or parents? Did your whole family travel to the UK in 2018? Have you travelled anywhere else as a family since then. The situation in Pakistan has changed since then. The fact that you are willing to be flexible about who joins you on the trip to Canada, your unrealistic itinerary and the fact that you only recently visited Canada are all warning signs that your are trying to move to Canada.

so you mean it should be more than 12 days like for 16 days. trip was distributed half n half Toronto and Vancouver

what would be another way to show strong ties. should i add my wife assets and property docs and those were not included in application and yes what is CAN+ visa

If assets and properties in her name show reason to return then go ahead. Income property is an example. CAN+ is processing for those who have valid US or Canadian visas. If your wife has a US visa and has travelled on that visa then she may be processed through CAN+ in an expedited manner. It doesn’t guarantee approval.

I'm just saying that a flight from Vancouver to Toronto basically takes up most of a day. So it's a lot to fly all the way to Toronto and back for such as short trip. Also expensive. Your choice of course.

My friends and I went on a 5-day vacation for pure fun in Toronto and the surrounding areas. we stayed in Hotel.
Twice or three times a year, we really enjoy taking long trips around the globe. with family and friends all the time.
We never considered staying anywhere in particular because we enjoy traveling so much and I am well established in my home country.
My family was also eager to visit Canada as a tourist destination, particularly Niagara and Vancouver.they saw my photos from my time in Toronto and went to Niagara Falls.
I had a baby boy in the US while on an official visit there to attend my office and complete some training. My family was also visiting.
My other child wes born in Pakistan. and nobody in Canada's family is very close.
my wife siblings living in UK and Holland. yes we are frequent travelers.
in last 5 years me and my family travelled to Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Holland, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, United Kingdom and United States
