To call IRCC use Fongoworld app and call exactly at 8 am ottawa time to get connected. Be ready with UCI number and application number for verification.

First call IRCC and find out which is your primary and secondary Visa office. Ask them, if you file is at primary or secondary visa office. If it is still at Primary visa office (in canada) then search the local MP of your visa office location on internet and email him your case and problem. If the file is at secondary visa office (which is in your country of residence) than either try to call them or raise webform to secondary visa office or contact MP for this too.

I got this in tracker today as well. I am not very positive on this. Might be the response they sent me yesterday or GCMS notes is being generated. But they I didn’t have this update last time they replied my webform.

I got the same update on tracker today too. Might be in response to the direct RROC email I sent about a week ago because I haven't sent any webforms or called since. I know it doesn't seem like much but the fact that several of us are seeing some activity is surely positive.

Seems like RROC are currently clearing out their backlog of applicants from 6 months and beyond to meet the SLA. Which should mean they will work on our recent applications soon.

I also sent multiple webforms and emails.. and only got update in tracker once.. i don’t think those updates mean a lot..
we will hear something soon!! RROC is clearly active, just working slowly

- FSW Outland
- ITA received October 12th, 2022
- Documents submitted, December 8th, 2022
- AOR Same Day
- BIO December 15th, 2022
- Medical Exam Completed December 15th, 2022
- Background Completed January 31st, 2023
All stages are completed, and COPR number generated and expires October 20th, 2023. but no email-
Last update in the tracker is April 19th- but no news at all- Sent 2 webforms, and no response-

I can't even imagine to be in his place right now. This is just sad, I am not liking my "Moving to Canada" journey so far. I hope you get this sorted out mate, stay strong!

Thank you! I actually meant to ask, if you know the Local RROC MP's email id? that would be really helpful as all of us can voice out at once which may put some pressure on these RROC guys!! Also if you look at the Timeline of those 2 guys who got their email from RROC last week, both their AOR was issued in Jan which suggest that they could be following the processing time timeline strictly (Currently 7 months for EE FSW)
