It's a bit frustrating as there are no definite timelines and VFS also seems helpless.

My passport was dispatched today earlier in the morning and the approval was confirmed on the portal a few hours later

The decision envelope for your application, tracking ID No. ************ has been dispatched from the IRCC Office, to the Canada Visa Application Centre in CVO-NEW DELHI.

it was under process since 3rd July, finally a good news!
