For those that took the test with the official email invite, I'm wondering if before the test, were you asked either to select your province, or did you get any questions related to province. Just wondering if the email invite is specific to include questions about your province. Mine didn't have any province related question but I heard they usually ask questions relating to your province.

It wasnt difficult per say. As long as you have studied the book and done practice test questions, you should be good. As far as I'm concerned, I don't advise anyone to overstress by practicing multiple test questions. If you do the basics (Richmond library, Toronto library and Apnatoronto) you should be good. I was stressing more than I should have..but I dont regret it cos it helped me.

Even with official email invite it goes to the same link from where you gave the test. No selection of province and all was needed. Everyone gets a question set which may not include a set of question for a particular topic. Email invite does not have any impact on it.
