It's worth giving it a try, but my LPP was completed on May 11th, and I emailed my current IRCC office(IRCC.DNCitFRDScheduling-ConvocationFRDCitRN.IRCC@cic.gc.ca) in Fredericton the day before yesterday. However, I received a below reply today stating that I should refrain from using this inbox for this purpose. The outcome depends on the IRCC office and the officer handling the case.

Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Please note that this is an automated message.

This mailbox can only be used to provide a reasonable explanation for missing or being unable to attend an exam or a ceremony‎ (with documentary evidence). For any other specific inquiries regarding your application, we invite you to complete the IRCC Web form.

Please note that if your explanation of absence for being unable to attend a test or ceremony is deemed reasonable, you will be rescheduled into an identical event according to our processing time and a new notice will be sent to you by email.

If your explanation is deemed unreasonable, we will communicate with you further to provide additional details
LOL even I got a similar response when I emailed MIS office and in the response they said,"We have received your explanation for missing the ceremony...."

My ceremony hasnt even started on the tracker. Basically they dont have any consistency across the whole organization as people get different responses depending on their processing office. Some offices seem more friendly than others and we're sort of just riding our luck in this process

Sorry buddy. I read somewhere that a person emailed the local IRCC office about some urgent travel plans and the oath was scheduled soon after. Worth a try in your case... you might need to book a refundable ticket or something.
Yeah I might have to resort to something like this if the delay persists ! Cheers :)

Hi, do we get an email reply back from the oath office once we send them an email with oath form attachment?
Please advise. Thank you.

Hello All, my LPP has been completed on 1st June and no updates since them for the oath. Is there any way to expedite the process or is it more of a wait and watch game. On ECAS its being shown as decision made for me

Congratulations! It's usually about 35-40 days, but with IRCC, there is no pattern

Also something to take note of is the official IRCC guidance that it can take between 4-6 months after your test completion.
IRCC also has 19 months as completion date for applications but we know that majority of the applications get done in half that time or sooner.
