Will my PR be affected by my Chinese civil lawsuit?

I am Chinese and currently a PR in Canada. I got my PR two years ago through EE CEC. I am a defendant of a civil case in China, and Chinese court delivered the legal paper to me through Chinese consulate in Vancouver. Will Canada be concerned with my Chinese civil case and will this affect my PR? (It's just a CIVIL case, I will not get any criminal charge no matter the outcome.)

It should have no impact since it's a civil case.
