How old is your sister. They still need to show funds/bank accounts. You can issue letter of invitation and include your funds but they their funds should support their visit.

I am not a Canadian citizen. My sister is around 30 years old. My Parents and my sister want to visit my elder sister living in Canada. My Father is retired and now i am handling the business. Now i want to apply for their visa in which I am the Financial Supporter. How to Apply

So your sister applies separately from your parents. So they all have to show their own bank accounts to support their visit, travel history, ties to home country (family, children under 22, job letters with approved leave, investments, properties etc.). Your sister can write a letter of invitation. You being their financial support does not have to be considered. You can include your bank statements but They need to show they can afford a visit.
