Hi, actually i was filling my PGWP form and there was a option, have you ever remained beyond your validity of status. Here now the thing is when I applied for my study permit extension before i got my approval after 3 months of my previous permit’s expiry date. However i applied for my study permit extension 2 months before my status expires. So, according to the IRCC, applied status is legal status. Now my question is, what should i chose in that option, yes or no. Please let me know.
