You won’t find a job with settlement (visa, ticket, residence, etc). Finding an employer willing to apply for LMIA is hard enough. If anybody says they can help you get a job with settlement, they are scammers who’s only after your money.
Try to research about different immigration pathways (EE, PNP) instead.
Research Express Entry and PNP programs. Also look at licensing because you would require a licensed to work in that field.
There is a shortage of medical lab technologists in Canada so you may be able to get a job offer and there are likely many ways to qualify for express entry if you have been working for multiple years and are under 40. Would research whether there is any type of licensing required to work in the profession in Canada.
Medical lab workers are in high demand so there may be a way to get a job offer. In most circumstances it is very hard to get a job offer from abroad and one should avoid trusting most consultants or offers of employment but this is a very specific situation.
