Research Express Entry as the first step. Then look at PNP programs.

Work permit is not possible unless you are licensed to work as a pharmacist in Canada and then find an employer who is unable to hire a pharmacist in Canada. They need LMIA and then you file for closed work permit. Look at licensing requirements too.

Don’t think most provinces are in need of pharmacists so haven’t seen pharmacists listed on PNP lists for a long time. In general Canada has too many pharmacists which has decreased salaries for community pharmacists across most of the country.
