PRTD under RC-1 visa category meaning?

I recently got my PRTD under the RC-1 PR category. Does this translate to me getting a PR card when I arrive at the border? Or would I be further interrogated?
What should be the documents that I should carry with me while travelling? (for eg: old PR card, Old passport stamped with visa, etc?)

-RC-1 means H&C code, i..e. they have accepted the reasons for humanitarian and compassionate consideration.

-You will have to apply for PR card after arriving in Canada, by yourself, by mail.

-I'd suggest bringing everything you have but your passport with the visa in it should, in principle, be sufficient.

And how do the residency obligations come into picture here? Will i have to fullfill those? As i have not completed the RO time period but have this visa stamped on the basis of previous PR card received.

You don't need to meet the residency obligation to enter Canada and apply for a new PR card but you do need to meet the residency obligation going forward.

By going forward you mean, once i land Canada apply for the New PR card and obtain it. Post this i need to fullfill the RO by staying in canada for 730 days?
