May 2023 Visitor/Supervisa Applicants (India)

Hi All,

I need some information if anybody can help on this.

I applied for my Mom's super visa through the old portal on 20th April and received a letter for Biometrics next day. Biometrics are done and uploaded on portal on 24th April. on 31st May, I received a letter for medical which says as:

Dear applicant,

This is in reference to your online application for a temporary resident visa. In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:

Please contact the panel physician who conducted your medical examination to ensure all required tests were completed and that there are no outstanding requirements left to complete.

thank you for your interest you have shown in Canada.

I had never received any other letter for medical request and upfront medical was not done.

Now when my mom reached to panel physician (Max hospital, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi), they asked to reference letter and checked through UCI number and said that there is no any medical request yet.

On the other tracking portal, it is showing that they sent a letter and a document number is already available there.

Please note that my Mom has already a visitor visa valid for 3 more years and she has visited Canada 4-5 times in last 4 years.

I am not clear what to do now.

Any suggestion is highly appreciated.

Either Book an appointment for medical and submit it online through webform. Or Explain them in the webform that u never received any medical request Or never submitted any medical because u were not asked to.

5th June 2023: Eligibility in process in portal: (Also in the tracker, eligibility is shown as completed. No mention of visa number/validity in the tracker.)
