There are no jobs here. Apply for jobs on Canadian job sites like Indeed. You need a job offer and your employer needs to file for and pay $1k for a LMIA. The LMIA shows that no Canadian or PR could be hired, only you. Then with LMIA, you apply for a closed work permit. For the permit, you show that you are experienced to do the job. Depending on the job requirements, you may need IELTS for language and ECA for education.
What program are you immigrating to Canada with? Worth it depends why you want to move to Canada and if you have the skills for a well paying job. How much do you expect to make in Canada? Do you have the money to settle in Canada. You can find a job in Canada but it may be low paying.

We are Ukrainian so we are not sure where to live right now and looking for a better place. It depends we are 4 people family. So im not sure what is a good salary means in Canada. We have a started budget and online job as we are IT. So maybe you can suggest something.
