Nope. Old UCI linked, but still no biometrics. Can't explain it.
 
Eligibility on tracker has changed from not started to in progress today. any idea how long would it take to complete?

There are only rough estimates tbh. And, your guess is as good as mine. Eligibility could easily be done in days, weeks or a month. Ideally, should not be more than a month.
