PNP Masters graduate - Non-Express Entry

Submitted -> 05-Feb 2023

AOR -> 23-MAR 2023 (Medical passed, Biometrics completed, No additional documents needed, Background check in progress)

Let's see what next and when :)
Did they ask you to give biometric OR they considered the one which we gave when first applied for study permit, as far as I know biometric are valid for 10 years.

hello! I have a question related to change in family composition.
Relating with this case, I had some concern regarding my PR.
I have already received my OINP Nomination certificate through master's graduate stream and will complete applying for PR through non-express entry by the end of April 2023.
Once I complete my PR application I am planning to get married in Dec 2023 (Change in Family composition).

So my concern is how can we address this change in family composition to IRCC and will the PR process for my spouse be processed together? Also, will this cause any impact on my PR applications?.

kindly Suggest!

thank you

Hello,

I have applied under non Express PNP from new online portal. Does anyone have any latest updates, how long they takes for each step or first update after applying. I have to apply for my bridging work permit as well if they takes too long to process. I have Work permit valid until Feb 2024, I have applied for PR in November 2022. I know the processing time is 21 showing on the site but I need from some one who had the same situation and got any recent update from IRCC.
Hello
I got my file number in non express entry Alberta and it’s start EP. This mean I got AOR and when I expect they ask for medical
Thank you

Right now they are sending AOR in 2-3 months, you can apply for BOWP after that
Hi Parthkumar,
I'm a bit confused with the information on the IRCC website regarding the BOWP for non-express entry. It says that you need to be "Approved in Principle," which means you meet the eligibility requirements. It says that they will send you a letter when you are approved in principle. But the eligibility review starts after AoR, and AoR is the only letter they send, right? They don't send any letter after the eligibility review is passed. Did you apply for your BOWP with just the AoR & get the extension of your work permit? Thanks.

Hey guys I got my file number today. but I got a request letter to upload - Birth registration/certificate: Birth registration/certificate A copy of the original version of a birth certificate
But this is what scares me, I have already uploaded my Birth Ceritificate so why are they asking me about it again. Is something wrong with it ?
Im super worried about it.

the first step is getting AOR where IRCC actively acknowledges that they have received your case (this is different from submitting it)- it can happen anytime from 2-6 months for that step. At that point you will get an application number which you can use to apply for BOWP. Processing time says 21 months but it seems that its closer to 13-15 months now.

It's been 11 months for me from applying to getting PR approved- and I'm now in the final stages which for most people is another few months.

Be aware that you will go months at a time with hearing nothing from IRCC, and that's normal.
So can you give timeline your case mine is

Applied for non-express entry PR via new online portal . We had PNP nomination foreign workers program onip. We applied on November 9th 2022.
AOR received on December 5th 2022.
Medicals request on March 2023.
Medicals passed on May 5th 2023.

Now waiting for more updates....
We have 6 months passed.
