Same here. AOR Oct 18. It looks like Etobicoke VO has some super delayed eligibilities to work on
But then you see other months threads with Etobicoke VO getting approvals within 6-8 weeks. It's like the November people got thrown into a pile and forgotten about haha

The batch of late Oct and early Nov was initially assigned to Vancouver VO, I think, and something happened with Vancouver delaying the whole batch. The cases were then re-routed to other VOs, and I think that they indeed put the rerouted cases to the end of the prevailing queues at the receiving VOs, instead of inserting accordingly to the AOR...

I was under the impression that the "lock in date" was used when a VO processes an application, so it really shouldn't matter when the VO gets given the application or not.

maybe true, but the queue of cases waiting to be picked up and processed by an officer may not be sorted by the lock in date

People with AOR Nov 28, do you have any plan to contact MP? It seems Nov 28 was forgotten somewhere, no movement after Medical passed.

I contacted mine, but because i'm PNP - mines still "within processing times" and they won't help again until the 10 month mark lol

When does processing time start for Inland EE PNPs - Lock in date or AOR?
I believe it's AOR like any of the others.
My "Lock-in-date" is actually 3 weeks before I received my nomination, and 4 weeks before my AOR, so there could be some mistake there, but i'm not sure.
