I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/ section-179.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors: • You do not have significant family ties outside Canada. • The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application

My brother is in canada, with his invitation letter i have submitted for visitor visa with family (spouse and 2 childrens). Me and my husband are working in IT companies. I have included Employment letter of both, payslip, house sale deed, FD deposits, bank balance and 6 months bank statements, travel history (UAE),invitation letter from brother, Purpose of visit letter. Still i am not sure what else they need? can you please help me?

Who are your family ties in your home country if you, spouse and children travel to Canada? How long was visit? If only you applied then you have reason to return to home country because spouse and children are there. Include children’s school registration and show tuition paid. Travel history is to the UK, US, NZ or AUS.

My parents are here. What proof i can show for that. Visit duration is 1 month.
So then you have no family in your home country. Having parents and siblings living in Canada makes it difficult for your whole family to come. You need to show absolute proof you will return - school letters with paid tuition, employment letters with approved leave, business, investment properties. If refused again, then only you apply and see if approved. If you are then your ties to return are your spouse and children. You all must now declare the first refusal on any future applications for any country.

My parents are here meaning my parents are in home country , India (Sorry my explanation was not clear in previous thread).

Your family are your spouse and children. If your parents are living with you and you are caring for them 24/7 then include that information. As I said, if refused a second time, then only you apply.
