Hi, my name is Rahman.
I am from Indonesia and living in Aceh.

I want to know if there any possible for me to move to canada when I am not safe living in Aceh anymore.

There's a syaria law in Aceh for LGBT. I saw some gay get caught and execution in public area.

How if I want to move to canada for a safety place..?

Please help me

You would have to apply and be granted s TRV. You could then apply for asylum if you can prove that your life is at risk and you are part of the LGBTQ community. If your life is at risk I would consider any other country that is safe for people who identify as LGBTQ. Depending on your education and skills you can also look at various Canadian immigration programs.

If there possible to get a sponshorship for financial before I get a job in canada..?

My basic skill is customer service.
I am working at 3 star hotel as a supervisor.

Economic immigrants usually need to apply and get to Canada with their own funds. You may be able to find an LGBTQ organization to sponsor you for asylum but there is a very large demand and limited funds so the chances of getting a sponsorship are not great especially if you are not in immediate danger or already in hiding. If you work in a hotel chain perhaps there is an opportunity to transfer to another country in Asia that is more LGBTQ friendly.

I thought there is a change to move to canada with sponsorship with a loan or something.

Do you have any idea for me where I have to start..?

Resettlement loans are for refugees selected by Canada for resettlement who most often come from refugee camps or have been displaced due to conflict or other event. You are not a refugee who is living in another country other than your home country and who has been identified by UNHCR as a refugee. Private organization do sponsor people for resettlement. Your only chance may be an organization who sponsors LGBTQ individuals but usually people in imminent danger or who have already been persecuted are prioritized because there is a huge demand for very few spots. That's why I would look at other options.

The only way for you to come directly to Canada is for you to apply for a TRV (tourist visa), fly to Canada, and then claim asylum once you are here. However getting a TRV approved requires you to show strong ties to your home country such as employment and property, as well as funds to pay for your trip to Canada. So in your situation a TRV is unfortunately unlikely to be approved.

Probably your best option is to register yourself with UNHCR in Malaysia and be recognized officially as a refugee. UNHCR will then work to resettle you in a safe place.

If you have family or close friends in Canada, then there may be other options for getting here.

You must find a sponsor. You cannot apply to Canada yourself directly.

Here are your options:

1) If you have family members in Canada or close friends in Canada, they may be able to sponsor you through the Group of Five program: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio.../private-sponsorship-program/groups-five.html

2) If you have connections / ties to an organization in Canada such as a church or other organization (often this connection will be through a family member or friend who is already in Canada), they may be able to sponsor you through the Community Sponsor program: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...e-sponsorship-program/community-sponsors.html

3) The last option would be being sponsored by a Sponsorship Agreement Holder (SAH) Organization. To do this, you would need to contact organizations who are listed as SAHs and see if they are accepting sponsorships and willing to sponsor you. You can read about this program here: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...te-sponsorship-program/agreement-holders.html The list of SAHs can be found here: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...p-program/agreement-holders/holders-list.html
