Look at Express Entry based on your age, education, work experience, language and funds. You will need ECA for your education and IELTS for language.

You’d have to qualify to come to Canada and if on a WP show that you had enough funds to afford for your child to join you. Realistically unless you have a well
paying job p it is very difficult to raise a child as a single parent especially financially. The cost of living and raising a child is very high in Canada. If you don’t have any family or close friends In Canada it will be even more difficult.
