Wrong Intake on Enrolment letter

My sister has already recieved her visa and passport but the issue is her program start date on letter of acceptance is 8 may…on the other hand it is 6 september in enrollment letter.

She needs to contact the school and find out when she is supposed to start and if she has a seat for May.

Has she talked to the school to confirm she has a seat in May as she would be registered for classes and have a timetable? The enrollment letter is the official document telling when her studies begin. Has she asked the school to issue her a new enrollment letter.
