We applied for this program around Jan 2020 and the package was returned to us during the pandemic and we never receive our package. Then we reapply on Feb 2021 and got an AOR around Dec 24, 2021, we decided to apply for Student Pathway around May 2021. Approved and landed in Canada on August 2022. We are 6 months here now, and our application for HCCP luckily moved and now is asking for a new NBI and new imm5669 and new imm5406.

Theyre asking for a new NBI Certificate that has been issued within the last 6 months but I still have a certificate and will expire on March 24 2023. I got my NBI certificate on April 24,2022. Can i still send it or get a new NBI clearance just in case?

We already amended the requirements. Hoping they will approve us. Is there anyone here with the same status? What will happen if they approve us. My SP will lose her Student Permit right?

how old is your child? I already applied TRV for my dependents with my application they are 6 years, now I'm concerned.

No, I did not apply TRV for kid .Just paid the fee at time of application.
Kid is 6.5 yr old now .
I am not sure but maybe TRV is required for kid < 5 yr and Study permit for >5 yr . Please cross check.

This is correct, TRV is required for children less than the age of 5 years. And Study Visa is required for children between the ages of 5 to 18.

could somebody advise me what was your status when you applied please? I have a Nani who applied in 2019 for this program, got her medical and Police checks requested in Oct 2022. She was on a valid visit visa when she filed her application. It expired afterwards and she did not renew it. Her lawyer advised her that she does not need to renew the visit visa. Now IRCC wants her to prove her current status. Any suggestions.
