My application went in with 1,116 days PP. I did have quite a bit of travel, mostly to the USA, before the pandemic acute phase, so they may well be checking with CBSA. I did leave a bit of leeway just in case I somehow missed a trip, although I was quite attentive to my record-keeping so I don't think I made any mistakes.
So, an update from me. It turns out, that despite my care and attention to my physical presence calculator, I had omitted one of my trips to the USA! I received today an email noting that the CBSA records showed a return to Canada that wasn't in my PPC and asking me to supply a copy of the flight itinerary showing the departure date from Canada. Putting aside my mortification at having made such a basic error, I was able to supply a copy of my flight ticket and proof of taking the flight on the date shown on my ticket (and I apologised profusely for what was an entirely inadvertent error on my part).

So, I have another six days absence from Canada, but I am glad I followed the advice I read here and had some buffer in my physical presence days as those extra six days won't make a difference. I nevertheless feel like a real idiot - the absence was recorded in the journal (aka Excel spreadsheet) I kept to track my physical presence and absences, but somehow when I was transcribing everything over to the PPC I still managed to miss it!

So this at least shows that the final part of my application (physical presence) is actively progressing. Fingers crossed my mistake is resolved quickly.

Glad you're all good now Melvan. It's nice of you to share your mistake. You're probably not alone in this. I;ve thanked my lucky stars for keeping me entirely in Canada during Covid because can you imagine the number of trips and minute calculations we'd have had to do otherwise? :D

how long have people had to wait for their test to show completed after taking it? Took mine on March27th, still waiting for it to reflect completed on the tracker.

It varies, it depends on when the staff who do the updates wakes up from their beauty sleep. If you did the test and passed with no issues the you should not worry. They'll update the tracker eventually.

The communication from IRCC was very polite and not at all accusatory. My first reaction was one of panic! But it was nothing more than a simple request for clarifying information, which I provided by return.

I've since received an automated acknowledgement of receipt, which interestingly says that if the information provided in response to the request is in order, the tracker will be updated within 3 business days. I'll report if that happens.

And it did! Physical presence updated to completed on 5 April. Now just awaiting oath invitation!
