Missed fedral experince earlier

I came to Canada as a student in October 2021
I have foreign experience from september 1st 2020 to September 3rd 2021.
Out of which till June 2021 is paid full time internship and the other months regular full time.

I have applied my study permit in july 2021..

so i have not completed my one year when i applied study permit and i think it is not relevant for study visa..so i did not add it..and then i got work permit at that time i think we have to add only Canadian experience..so i did not add. And now I am eligible for Express entry..so I want to add it because I worked and I have all the documents to prove it..!!

I did not mention anywhere in CO OP permit as my university incharege told to keep the colum empty

For PGWP I did flag polling and so I was not asked anywhere

Can I use my experience and apply for fsw, do we need to submitt LOA while applying
