Immigration to Canada through the sponsorship of five relatives

Hello, I want to know how to apply for sponsorship of relatives, I live in Turkey and I have relatives who are citizens of Canada who can sponsor me but we don't know what papers I should bring and who should apply, me or them? And what should I do.
Can I say this at the Canadian Embassy in Turkey?
I have all the proofs that they are my relatives (my uncle, his wife and his children over the age of 18)

Then cannot sponsor you unless you are a child who can be adopted.

You can find detailed information about the process in the link below. Your relatives need to follow these instructions to sponsor you.

Your relatives in Canada are the ones who have to submit the application and start the process (not you). To qualify to be sponsored, you must be recognized as a refugee by UNHCR or by the government of Turkey. You will need to provide a refugee status determination document as part of the application process. This is a document that is given to you by either UNHCR or the government of Turkey, whichever has recognized you as a refugee. Do you have this already?
