Another GU (GU4) came in today. Nothing changed in GCKey and in the new tracker since GU3 last Monday. BG check (Security) being marked passed, perhaps?
Checked my application status on the new tracker this morning and it now says background verification has been completed, confirming the GU4. Looking at other folks’ timelines, the portal email should be just around the corner.

EDIT: Now I also see my COPR details on the new tracker (document number beginning with "T")!

That's a bummer. Anyone else seen re-medicals requests for old medicals?
Yes, I have received re-medical request along with PFL on February 3rd. I've checked with my immigration lawyer, she told it's best to comply to avoid delays and other issues. So I've booked the med exam for Feb 14th and responded to PFL on Feb 7th. On Feb 13th I received a message through my account saying “sorry, please disregard our previous email regarding the med exam - you are an exempt”. Luckily I was able to cancel my appointment booked for the next day without any fees paid.

I guess PFL and re-med request came after the analyst who is doing the preliminary review was done with my file, and after I responded to PFL my file came to the officer who is making a final decision, so he noticed a mistake.

When consulting with my lawyer she initially suggested either to comply and redo the med exam OR to submit the web form with the printscreen of an official note re med exam exempts with my old med results attached, but we decided that re doing med is safer and faster.

I had added this exemption waiver as an additional LoE. On tracker, Medical is showing as Completed. So I was wondering if they can make a 180 anytime, phew

I think if your med status has already changed to completed- you will be not getting this issue. My status was staying same from the submission date “you don’t need med exam, we will contact you if this changes”. And then 3 months later I got the re-med request at the final stage. So sometimes people make mistakes, I actually thought I’m the only one who experienced this :) But looks like some other people got this too.

I think you should receive portal email by this week. But do we see COPR details before getting portal email? Sorry if that's a dumb question, I do not have access to the new/old tracker.

I find it strange as well that I can now see my COPR details before even getting the portal email. I’ll share more details as soon as they become available.
