You need to research Express Entry and see if eligible and if have enough CRS points. Need ECA and IELTS. You cannot work as a psychologist without being licensed and most provinces require PhD so research that too.

First you need to be eligible with at least 67 points. You want a CRS score of 480 or more. Most draws right now are over 490/.
