We received an email that my wife has been approved to be a PR. The email says that the eCoPR is available for download but when we go to the PR portal, the status still says photo is in review. Is there a delay for the pdf file to be available? We received the email 5 business days ago and has been checking daily so we can proceed to get new SIN and health card for her.

It should be there at the bottom of the page. If you scroll down after phot section, you should see an option to download artifact
