If you have a LMIA and job offer then you can apply for a closed work permit.

If you want to work in Canada, you need to find a Canadian employer who will file for a LMIA and show that no one in Canada can do the job. You would need ECA for your education, IELTS and possible a lab tech license.

If you want to immigrate to Canada then research Express Entry and PNP programs based on your age, education, work experience, language and funds.
