My tracker was updated today, eligibility is now "In Progress". Here's the updated timeline:

EE: CEC Inland (with 1 inland dependent)
PVO: Etobicoke
SVO: Vancouver
AOR: October 24
Medical: Passed (November 14)
Criminality Background Check: Passed (January 31)
Security Background Check: Passed (January 31)
Info Sharing: Complete (January 31)
Eligibility: In Progress (February 24)

Last time I called was February 3, not sure if VO changed since then.
Same timeline and status, my AOR is Nov 3

Great! I have a pretty similar timeline, the same VOs and also have 1 inland dependent. My tracker has a delay (only today updated from 2 days ago), so I'm not sure if mine will be updated as well.

I just received my CBSA notes. The note was created on Feb 3. As compared to the previous note on Jan 25, only notable changes are the Security updated from "Not started" to blank, and also there's a note that "No A34/35/37 concerns evident at this time" on Jan 31 (that's when I received a GU, and background check completed on tracker). Eligibility is still "Not Started", I saw the deadline on my file was Feb 11. Apparently they still haven't touched the file after that.

Also, my file was moved to Etocobike, which now becomes the PVO and Vancouver became the SVO.

The wait then continues...

Hi there, so is there anything related to eligibility on your notes? or nothing at all? Oh boy...

zilch... The status is still "Not started", and there're no notes... I've actually been requesting CBSA note every 2 weeks :D, and I'm planning to do so until I get approval :)), so I have another one on Jan 9, one just yesterday :))

Do you believe it could be because these are CBSA notes? and they wouldn't include eligibility details provided by the IRCC? since this is an IRCC task?

I'm so mad about this situation. People from December are getting their CoRP and people from October are already receiving their cards.

the GCMS notes for both CBSA and GICC are the same, so the eligibility notes should be included if they touch the file :) processing time is not linear though, so just be patient :)

It's hard to be patient. I'm in a maintained status with no right to provincial health insurance, expired SIN number, etc. So basically my life is stuck until they decide to process my PR or the BOWP.
