i had applied for permanent resident for myself and my daughter. and we were given forms to filled out and did so. But the forms are now outdated due to the length of time since its submission. I have to submit an updated IMM5604, and the mother of my daughter who did the first form is now refusing to allow my daughter to go to Canada with me. What shopuld i do and will this delay the process??

If a form has been updated AFTER your application was RECEIVED by IRCC, you do NOT need to provide the updated form UNLESS IRCC specifically ask you to do so.

Regarding your daughter...you may need to change her to a non-accompanying child if her mother is no longer authorizing you to sponsor her. May be best to wait for others to reply and see what they say.

If you do have to make the change for her, it certainly could add to the delay.
