Hi, We receive passport request on Feb 8th and submitted passports to VFS. Yesterday we also received a pre-filled "Medical Surveillance undertaking IMM0535" but without any instructions on what to do with it. I see a place for signature of applicant on point 11 of part A. However, I see that on top of part 1 it says "PART A TO BE COMPLETED BY PROCESSING OFFICER".

Can anyone confirm what we need to do with this form? Do we need to sign and send it to them or applicant just need to bring it with them during their landing? detailed Timeline is in signature.

bring it for landing, treat it the same as COPR. you can sign at the point of entry.
after landing, the local public health unit will contact you to finish follow-up procedures, so be sure to leave the right address and phone number when landing.

The letter says where you need to send the passport so I believe you need to find location as per your province in Canada and send your passport there. As you said you have already informed them about your parents present status.

Hi ,
If your parents are already in Canada , you will asked to do virtual landing through portal, no need to send passport.
At the last finalization step, they will email you to confirm if they still in Canada, once you replay, they will send all the link with require information for virtual landing.
My parents just finished their virtual landing last week as they are also in Canada on visit visa

No, they just need to submit passport for stamping and sticker on passport has validity of PR visa( usually 1 year or less) and before it expire, they have to come to Canada

Friends today I recieved PP request for my parents finally, I submitted my file on 11/23/21, submitted police clearance in Sept in Toronto Canada, finally today after long wait they got their PP request a month ago they went back to India.

Thank you , yes processed in Missisauga, we got PCC request in August I couldn't submit it back in 30 days as BLS took more than 30 days to get our PCC so I couldn't submit back in 30 days, I submitted PCC on Sept 19 2022

Receievd PPR (passport reques) today on Feb 15th .
Submitted PCC and additional docs requested for relationship proof etc.. on Sept 9th 2022

VFS instructions to send passport are so confusing and unclear.
Does anyone know if we need to pay additional fee for package transmission apart from 2-way courier.
On page it says package transmission is covered under bio-metric fee.

Also, didn't find any link on VFS page to book courier for pick up and drop.
Can someone please help with steps followed to pay applicable VFS fees (if any) and arrange VFS courier service.
