Hi, I have background in finance and administration while i had applied for tourist visa and they have my CV profile already in their system but now i got job offer for kitchen helper. Is this going to be rejected by boarder agency while applying for work permit saying that your profile/ job duties in system is totally different than what you are going to do?

Do you have LMIA for job offer? Getting a diff job is not an issue so long as you have the eligibility to work and documentation to support

Immigration consultant sent me retainer agreement to sign and ask me to release fund , then only lawyer ( RCIC) will sign it. Can i pay the money without his signature ?. What if he did not respond and refuse to sign, then my money will be lost?
Retainer agreement did not mentioned anything amount at which date he will process for LMIA and how long it will take. He might says it's going on and after 3-4 months , again he might say going on. Is this case, am i covered ?
Sir, please ignore my previous question as i asked wrong question. The correct query is : Is it allowed legally to put the service fee for providing work permit for the tourist in the retainer agreement ?. I found in the retainer agreement, they mentioned the certain fee that i need to pay after providing work permit/ Is it allowed to put that amount or is illegal. If correct, then it means that retainer agreement is fake, right?

Something looks fishy...
I know a couple of fast food chains in the Durham region that did apply for LMIA because they can't get enough applicants. But, they were only doing so for inland temp residents (PGWP, SOWP or SP). The employers applied and paid for the LMIA, not the applicant.

No, I already have tourist visa and I am inside Canada. Is it legal to put $xxx amount to be paid to lawer only after work permit. Is this sentence OK to mention in retainer agreement?
Another one is , is this practice here to pay money first and then only lawer will sign retainer?.what if lawer say that I will not sign it or takes long time to sign?
