Spousal sponsorship/visitor visa expiring soon

Hello!

My husband and I are still waiting for our marriage cert to complete the spousal sponsorship forms (married dec 2). His visitor visa is up at the end of February, and I'm worried. I did the questionnaire about extending his visitor visa but it just suggested he apply for PR, which we can't do till we get that marriage certificate doc. Is there someone we can call? Or suggestions.

Apply for the extension with a note that will be applying for sponsorship as soon as marriage cert received. Then sleep at night.

Thank you, I see the applications. I have a gckey account but don't see where to upload the documents or pay the fees. Also, if I do it by mail I still need to pay the fee online.

Any help in regards to this?

I'm pretty efficient lol but this site has gotten the best of me.
