If that is true issue could be in your job description and person sorting through resumes as well. Don't put it all on candidates if the recruiter is not doing their job well.It depends. I have taken interviews for my employer. We interview about 150 folks to find one guy who could even pass phone screening. So that 500K coming is usually not much help to us as most are not that well prepared. Actually recent grads from Canadian universities perform much better.
