I am a doctor in india and i have been notified that this job is not eligible for PNP as i require license in canada.

Is it possible that even though i have qualification in medicine but i work one year in order to obtain 1 year work experience certificate in a field not related to my study so that my noc changes?

Yes its possible. Fortunately this is what Canada accepts happily. Work in other field means inland?

No, work here in india. So that i can apply under a different NOC and have chance to get selected in PNP.
My purpose is to immigrate to canada, not to practice as physician

Yes it is a big deal to work directly in medical fields as a foreign immigrant in these countries.
Yes you can gain experience like that and then immigrate to Canada.

You can apply under different NOC if you have at least one year experience. What other skilled experience do you have other than physician? What is your CRS score?

u can be dependent of your spouse as well if she eligible for PNP as second option
