Instructed to leave Canada

Hello guys,

I received a letter on February 28 2022 stating my application for temporary residence has been refused and that I have to leave Canada, confirm my departure with CBSA. Failure to do so may result in enforcement action being taken.

The only problem is, I left Canada 6 months BEFORE I received the rejection letter. CBSA did not stamp my passport, and as I didn't know I was supposed to, I didn't confirm my departure. I only received the rejection letter stating I have to confirm my departure 6 months later.

My question is: What do I do ?
And does CBSA send removal orders over email ? I have not received any correspondence form CBSA or IRCC since.

You were required to withdraw the application when you left or at least send a webform to IRCC indicating that you had left.
