My PR was refused today and I'm devastated so I'm planning on appealing it. If it still doesn't work out would I still be able to reapply? Refusal letter does not mention anything about a 5 year ban or not being able to reapply.
Can I reapply after appealing PR refusal?

Not at all, I received a PFL before the refusal and it even stated "I am not satisfied that you are not inadmissible to Canada."
I do not, I answered every question truthfully during the interview and the migration officer is having a hard time believing that so I think there was a misunderstanding somewhere.
Had you applied for asylum elsewhere before? Did you have a previous ban in Canada? Would order GCMS notes.
I have never been to Canada and no, I did go on vacations all across europe but never applied for asylum anywhere else but Turkey since that's where I'm applying from.
Apparently because my salary does not commensurate with my travel history, the officer didn't ask me anything about my salary during the interview.
Just to clarify is this a private sponsorship and have you never been to Canada? You wouldn’t have already been approved as a protected person if that is the case.
