yes, we did not meet mni of a year of 3 years requirement.
Prior to render final decision IRCC inform us that that we did not meet mni specifically year 2019, so they advise us to submit additional supporting documents so we submit. On november 2022 a decision has been made and it is refusal,then comes january 2023 we see on our portal that january 11 2023
informing us that they are reviewing our additional documents.
Is there any posibility for reversal of their decision. What will happen to our appeal on IAD.
