Urgent: 2 years of study but only got one year PGWP ( applied outside canada)

I did 2 years of study with 2 different post graduate courses but I only got one year PGWP today .
I applied my PGWP outside Canada ( from Nepal ). I am still here in Nepal
Now, what should I do? should I wait till I get back to Canada to submitted a case-specific enquiry or should I do I now ?

Did you include both programs? Were the programs completed back to back? When did first program begin /end and second program begin/end? In Canada or online?

Yes, I attached both programs with transcripts.
First program: 2021 January to august = 8 months in canada
Second program:2022 January to august = 8 months
And back to my country in canada

So both programs you completed in Canada? Did you have study permits for both programs? Same DLI? What did you do in between the programs? When did your study permit expire?

I misunderstood
Its a visa that’s valid for one year they have yet to give me a work permit which will be provided by immigration after I land there.

You got a one year PGWP. Your question is why, correct? Trying to figure out if you were eligible for a longer PGWP. You can ask for reconsideration if you think there was an error.

I haven’t got PGWP. They have given me TRV of one year to enter Canada.
my question is, will i get 3 years pgwp holding one year TRV or the PGWP will be equal to TRV, which is valid for one year.

You will know when you enter but seems to be one year PGWP.

On this same note, I also received a 1 Year PGWP and that too for a Master's program from a recognized DLI over 16 months, without any breaks on a full-time basis. @Naturgrl , could you let me know what I should do for a reconsideration ? What is the process, should I call, email , webform or hire a lawyer ?
