Ghost updates new Tracker

My AOR was on 06-Aug-2021.
Had to add child to the application in 2022 and application status in ECAS turned DM again on Nov 1st. (Previously it was DM and then we added baby. )
Prearrival letter was received on 06-Dec-2021.
I guess I won't be receiving it again. That's it. Thanks.
We havent even received the pre arrival letter yet. Kinda nervous but lets hope for the best.
Are you Outland?. When was your CoPR document number generated on PR tracker?.
Yes outland online. No copr # generated on tracker. Havent had any updates since PA’s eligibility went in progress since Aug 31. Had lots of ghost updates until they stopped on Dec 7.
Oh okay. I have had my CoPR number populated since Nov-03. Quite weird for an Outland eh. I have seen inlands taking two months or more post CoPR generation to receive PPR. Haven't seen much for an Outland application.

Ecas is only for paper applicants. We use the tracker and gckey.
I am and Inland Quebec applicant and I Just Received my CSQ yesterday in the mail. my last ghost update in the PR tracker is still December 7th 2022
I've been getting ghost update at least 3 times a week since the last real update which it was on June 2022.
The tracker shows everything passed, except "Background" as shows "in progress" since June 2022. last ghost update was on Jan 1 ,2023 I don't think they are working on Jan 1..Anyway. I am positive ill receive the final acceptance soon.
