I submitted my passport for stamping on Dec 12 and it shows that it was delivered to Ottawa visa office on 13th Dec, 22. Today is 29th Dec, I have no update on it and I need to go out of Canada next week in emergency. Whom should I contact? I tried to contact IRCC, received no response.
Some help will be grateful.

Given that it is holiday time and most services are closed or operating on minimal staffing it will likely be quite difficult to track down your passport. When are you leaving next week? Until next Tuesday things are essentially shut down.

Unfortunately once you submit your passport for stamping it goes through a system where it is tough to track in the middle. You can try your best to track it down but likely you will have to wait until it is being scanned by the courier to know where it is. You may be able to get an emergency passport from your home country.
 
Thank you for your reply. I know I am helpless. Just wanted to know if there is any express service where I can request my passport with visa on it for emergency pickup or delivery. If you know you can help me.

Unfortunately don’t think this exists.
