Do we need to submit our passport to VAC to receive a port of entry letter?
If so, how soon can we expect to receive this letter?

You receive the port of entry (LOI) in your gc key account after your passport is stamped. I got mine on the same day I collected my passport. Sometimes it take a few days.

Thank you for your reply! Is it possible to get it stamped on the same day? I will be submitting it in Dubai by going into the office.
My lawyer told me I can get it stamped within any VAC.

Please share your experiences about Port of Entry letter (LOI)… My passport is stamped, documents are updated on GCKey, but haven't got POE letter yet. Usually it should come on the same day the travel docs are updated… Please do share if anybody has experienced delay here.
