I am Product Manager and just wondering if my NOC comes under sales / Marketing category.

Also , I am filling up form and have question.
I started as Research Scientist and I learned skills of Product Manager while working on one of the projects. And now I am working as Product Manager. I do not have any qualifications related to that. So what should I write in “Primary Occupational experience “ while filling up form.

You match your NOC/TEER to job responsibilities not title. Education doesn’t have to match for Express Entry. For some PNPs, yes.
