Hi, I am based inland and was waiting in the pool since close to a year now. The NOC changes happened this week, and it all went downhill from there. I went to update my profile, I could update my section but I couldn't update my spouse's section which kept showing server down. I tried for two days - did everything cleared history, cache, used ios and windows, used different browsers. It didnt work. Then I read on the forums on people having the same issue previously that they modified the family the information and it worked. So I did that. My spouse's whole form section disappeared from the profile even though he could still be seen as the dependent on the main score page. I then gave up and withdrew my profile and created a new one. Same details as nothing has changed and now its not counting my spouse's Canadian work experience and I am 5 points down because of that. Initially I had added foreign work experience as well but I removed that and just kept Canadian which I re-entered and saved, but the system is not counting his work experience. I have called them but they are not taking any calls. I have sent a technical complain error, given the time everything takes here I don't see anyone seeing those. Anyone has any clue/idea on what to do?

Hi, I could not update my dependent info either and get the following error message:
Our Online Services Are Currently Down
System-generated error code:4O4F1FBT (2022-11-18 12:22:57)
Sorry This on-line service is currently not available.
It is a very common problem, and it is still not resolved. I hope they resolve these problems on the weekend, so we can be in the pool in next week's draw.

I got the same error in the previous profile. I hope they fix it soon. I was very close. Hence I went ahead and created a new profile which created another problem cause this way atleast I am in the pool. :(

Hello.Same here! I cannot update my spouse's work history! My scores are not that close based on the latest draw, but should I submit a new profile if the problem doesn't get fixed?

I would suggest submitting a technical error report with screenshots if you have time. I was low on time. Creating a new profile created a new issue, I only did it cause atleast I will be in the pool. More technical reports go on this, hopefully they will prioritize it.

Did you withdraw your express entry profile and created new one?

Yes I did, because after I went on "modify family information" but didnt change anything it. My spouse's whole form section disappeared from my profile.

That method worked for me. Thanks a lot!
Your issue was server down correct? Mine I can access spouse's information but they are not counting the work experience. Also I made a new profile so technically its already updated. Make sure to check your points once done. Because the twitter comments mention some of the people's spouse's work experience is not being calculated. Please keep me posted if its counted after update is submitted.

My spouse does not work in Canada so I am not getting points from work experience. I checked the points they are the same as before.
